Our lawful bases for collecting or using personal information for service updates or marketing purposes are:

• Consent - we have permission from you after we gave you all the relevant information. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to object. To be clear, you do have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
• Legitimate interests – we’re collecting or using your information because it benefits you, our organisation or someone else, without causing an undue risk of harm to anyone. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to portability. Our legitimate interests are:
• We will collect names and email addresses for the purposes of direct marketing. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop Our Company from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other members of the Our Company Group.

We securely store your data with GoDaddy. We will keep your email address and name as long as you are actively engaging with the newsletter. Data will be deleted after 48 months of total inactivity, or within 30 days of unsubscribing.
